Along with this, the finance minister also made big announcements for Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Assam. He said, “Tamil Nadu will cost 1.03 lakh crore rupees under the 3500 km National Highways Project. Its construction will start next year. 1100 km National Highway will be constructed in Kerala. Under this, the Mumbai-Kanyakumari Corridor will also be built. 65 thousand crore rupees will be spent on this in Kerala. 34 thousand crore rupees will be spent on National Highways in Assam.

Regarding several other diseases including corona infection, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said, “Prevention of diseases is the biggest goal of the government. 15 health emergency centres will be set up in the country. The government has given 35 thousand crore rupees for corona vaccination. This budget is like an opportunity in disaster.
