From September government of India executed new rules in India. The new rules will cover Traffic.

People in India don’t obey the traffic rules. A police department in India has to face many obstacles to sustain traffic in Indian cities. Specially metropolitan cities like Gurugram and Delhi, Noida are the major jumble for the traffic officials in peak hours.

1. If you are driving the in the intoxicated driving fine has been expanded to 6 months imprisonment and/or Rs 10,000 first offence and 2 years confinement and/or fine of Rs 15,000 for the second offence.

2. Speeding over-limit your vehicle has also been extended to the incarceration of up to 1 month and/or fine up to Rs 500 for first offence and arrest of up to 1 month and/or fine of up to Rs 10,000 for the second offence.

  • Another person also tells that in India the salary of the person is approximately Rs15000 to 20000 now where that person will pay the fine. Guy will lose all his savings and don’t able to manage the dwelling.
  • Rajasthan Government and Madhya Pardesh and West Bengal government have questioned the resolution of the government because of fine.
  • 60% of people are in support of the resolution 40% has questioned due to high punishments.

    Government of India has openly told that the main aim to implement this decision is to make people fear so that people can follow all the rules and regulations and drive safe.
