The Supreme Court has given its judgment on the probe of Sushant Singh Rajput case. The Supreme Court has given the CBI the authorisation to review the case.
Now CBI will investigate this case. Sushant’s family and his fans have been directing a CBI inquiry for a long time. The Maharashtra government and the Mumbai Police have flagged a major hindrance with the Supreme Court’s judgment. According to reports, the Maharashtra government can also challenge this ruling.
ED will send summons again to Riya
The ED has found instability in many statements recorded in Sushant case. Riya Chakraborty who was questioned twice, her brother Shovik thrice, Shruti Modi twice, Siddharth Pithani twice has been questioned by the ED. So far, the ED has recorded statements of 13 people.
The agency says that the Mumbai Police has not shared information about Sushant Singh Rajput’s mobile phone and laptop. Neither did they share their forensic audit report. After the Supreme Court order, the ED will again summon the key suspects in Sushant’s case. To interrogate him, the ED will resort to a statement recorded by Sushant’s father and counter the suspects.
