Indian Railways has been making several efforts to increase the speed of trains. As part of this work, the Railways have also begun charge speed. Railways have issued tenders for the 44-cm high-speed train set project, which will open on July 10.
Through this plan, railways will soon get 44 cm high speed which will be run on many routes in the country. Because of the corona transition, the Railways said that the documents to be given manually can be submitted to the GM / Secretary / RDSO Secretary / NAIR of any zonal railway.
Railways tweeted: Railways stated, Chennai Coach Factory has issued tenders for 44 cm high-speed train sets which will be opened on 02 July 2020 at 02:15.
These trains will be on the routes of Vande Bharat Express-
Under this plan, high-speed trains will be prepared on the lines of Vande Bharat Express. For this, a global tender has been issued by the Indian Railways. The Vande Bharat Express is also a train assortment. There is four-compartment one set and a train has been made by adding four sets.
Forwarding Self-Reliant India-
Arrangements are on to run different high-speed trains across the nation. For this, trials have also been done in many areas. Bhilai Steel Plant has started work to make tracks of high-speed trains. Earlier, for high-speed trains, rail tracks were made in European countries only. Railway Minister Piyush Goyal held a meeting with Railway Board officials and said that under the ‘Make in India’ drive, to develop new rail engines at the quickest.
