Jammu and Kashmir administration has permitted to start the journey of Maa Vaishno Devi from August 16. Vaishno Devi’s journey was stopped in March only after the Corona infection started in the country. Jammu and Kashmir administration has made several rules to join the yatra. To ensure that the rules of social distancing are ensured, the Jammu and Kashmir administration has allowed 5000 people to visit the mother in a day.A few days ago, former Union Minister and BJP leader Manoj Sinha have been appointed as the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir. After this, they have decided to open all pilgrimage centres in the union territory. For this, the date of August 16 has been set.
Persons above 60 years of age do not enter
The administration has made several rules to ensure that Vaishno Devi’s journey can be conducted smoothly during the Corona transition. Persons above 60 years of age, people suffering from diseases, pregnant women, children below 10 years of age will not be allowed inside the religious places.
Only 5000 people will be able to see in a day
To follow social distance in Vaishno Devi, only 5000 people will be allowed to visit the mother in a day. In the number of 5000, only 500 devotees from other states will be allowed to visit.Offering not allowedApart from this, devotees will not be able to offer any kind of offering in the temple premises.
